Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Location is excellent for those of us that like to shop. The suites had everything that one would need to feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I like the idea that you have a common room where guests can stay and not have to be stuck in the rooms all the time.
King suite was very small.

The waterslide was fun for the kids.
Cleanliness - we had a soiled sheet on the bed. When we called the front desk, nothing was done. The breakfast was just average. We were supposed to have 2 beds and got switched to single king, at a higher price just because cleaning staff were running late. The manager was supposed to contact me and it has been a week, but no call yet.

Looked like what was advertised in photos on web site
Appreciated the table for 4 as well as very adequate kitchen facilities
lots of space-- we were 4 adults in a 2x Queen room
No... but a minor thing .. we had to ask for wine glasses for our room which were provided... that might be a good thing to have in room

The room itself was excellent. it was spacious and organized well.
The waterslide was not open nor available to my smaller child. the hot tub was too hot. the ventilation in the pool area was insufficient. there were no change room nor bathroom facilities at the pool. there were not enough towels in the pool area. the hotel advertises as pet friendly but charges a surcharge for pets. there were tradesmen working on the hotel prior to 9am and they were very noisy
