I didn’t like the poor breakfast , not enough hot meal breakfast , maybe for cold cereal yogurt juice and toast was okay for the kids

Only overnight on our drive to Ottawa. Easy on and off.
Our door to the outside was proped open all the time.

Location.
The room was cold and we could not get the hot air fan to blow. We had to get under the covers to stay warm while we watched TV. There was a big cobweb on the brick wall over the beds. The light fixture casing in the bathroom was broken and I was afraid I would be charged for it since there was a $50.00 hold on my credit card which I have never had in any other hotel I have stayed at. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor. We did not pick this hotel because of the price but for its location. We have stayed in cheaper hotels and the rooms have been cleaner.

I found the location to be ideal for the highway and surrounded by alot of
restaurants. This was appealing.
I found the hotel less than accomodating upon arrival and not very friendly on departure-no thank you at all from the front desk clerk at either time.
Was not aware that I had booked a smoking room. Front desk clerk couldn't change it for me. Room was uninviting, basic furniture-tv remote did not work properly. Bedding was worn and not very warm/comforting for a cold November evening. Minimal bathroom items, small shampoo bottle and that was it!! Will not stay there again.

The location was good easy to find and located near shopping and a number places to eat
The room was to be a non smoking room. but was used foe both, they simply clean the room and, whcih does not work and offer it as a non smoking room. very poor managemnet on their part. clerk even explained that when I checked in, , they nevr offered a discount or proper type room. would not recommend to friends or others to stay there.
