The location
The stairs to go to our room after we got off the elevator. The service in the restaurant was very slow.

Location was very convenient.
Staff was not friendly. No free parking. No vending machines. Loud noises in middle of night; was told this was due to place being haunted. Electricity kept going on & off.

Hot water in the shower pretty good!
Windows are very old now so in time they will be upgraded I think!

Everything was easy, from the booking to registration, to having a meal. The staff were very friendly.The new elevator is a great addition.
The carpet in our room although clean was very dark and ready for replacement. The bathroom was very small and the tiling also weary!

Conveniently located and moderately priced.
Interior was very outdated. There was a plunger kept near the toilet and it had to be used!
