The bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. At 2:00 am one night because of tornado sirens staff member directed us to elevator area, provided covers for those who wanted them, all the while she maintained a calm attitude. Very helpful to those with children particularly. She most likely had family members somewhere else she worried about. Very capable employee. Breakfast was very nice also.
We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel since we were attending family day and graduation at Ft Leonard Wood. It met our needs and was a pleasant stay.

Staff & friendliness!
Bed mattresses need updating....and some of the furniture too..... Pool area too.... But we know you are working on that!

This was our second time at the Baymont this year. both times the staff is very friendly, rooms are always very clean and having breakfast saves time in finding someplace that serves breakfast. It is very easy to get to on and off the highway and lots of stores and restaurants close by. Great place to stay..

The staff was very accommodating. We had servicemen who just graduated from basic training with us during the day and the staff let us have a meeting room to hang out in. Very nice
