The staff were terrific! Particularly Scott who grabbed our bags as soon as we pulled up and then just took over. It was just what we needed, we had just fought through a bunch of traffic, were running late on our schedule for a performance at the Mahaffey Theater that night and needed to check in, move our bags to the room, park the car change clothes and find transportation in about 45 minutes. He took care of all of that and arranged for Jose to pick us up to go back to the hotel. Then, when we returned, we still needed dinner, it is almost 11:00 PM and cut off time for room service. We called in and Savannah took our order quickly and correctly and shortly after delivered it to our room. The room was great, everything clean, the desk did a fine job, but these two people (Scott and Savannah) stood out.
