The outside spaces are beautiful, we loved the beach bar, the outside cafe, music and beach cabanas. We were there for our daughter's wedding. The staff was outstanding with our guests and our bride. The staff on the beach was also amazing.

One of the gentlemen who worked the front desk was not a people person. Snippy with questions, stingy with services. the phone service was out for a bit on saturday morning, many of our guests had been told to call the morning before checking in to see if an early check in was possible. He was not at all helpful and he was curt and dismissive to the inquiries. It kinda left a bitter taste while everyone else was so helpful and pleasant.

Location good staff. I really like Bongos. I wish I could recreate that in my crack used.

We had a hard time with the humidity in the room. We had to run the A/C colder that comfortable to draw out some humidity.

Everything!!! The staff were great, the service is awesome with a capital "A"!!!

We booked the penthouse and we thought there should be reserved parking for penthouse who book the penthouse...

The restaurants are great, especially Spinners and 11th floor. Access to beach is also great.

The gym needs to be updated. The treadmill is a joke. The tub and shower walls were not that clean.

The staff at the Grand Plaza were very accommodating in at least 3 different cases. They were prompt in answering our needs. We met with friends for dinner in the revolving restaurant on a clear day and the view was fantastic.
