La ubicacion
Como critica constructiva les comento que se siente que falta mucha limpieza. el olor de las habitaciones es producto de una alfombra demasiado sucia. Las puertas de los balcones estan que se caen. Las entradas y salidas de las instalaciones son sucias. La recepcion no tiene presentacion de hotel, debe ser modificada.

Friendly atmosphere. access to the beach
Every time I go to St. Aug I stay at this particular hotel. Always very satisfied. This time we saw several roaches in the room. I told the staff and they just said, we'll try to make it up to you next time.

I didn't like that they did not have curtains that block out the light. All they had were the white curtains that were partially see-through which made me uncomfortable because my window faced another hotel.
