The water pressure in the shower was very low. Would have enjoyed our stay more if the pressure were a little higher.

Very nice staff, very comfortable rooms & beds, convenient to the beach our kids love the area walking to the boardwalk etc...We (2 families of 5 each) have now returned to the Castillo Real for our 2nd year in a row and are anticipating next year 2015. We have this as our lay over while traveling further south on Spring break. We have extended our stays to 2 days because we have enjoyed it along with St. Augustine one of Americas top 10 to visit in my opinion.

I really struggle writing this because we really enjoy and would highly recommend the Castillo Real, but it should be said so if these reviews are looked at by management. The area of improvement where we noticed potential is detail in cleaning the floors in the rooms, move furniture, get to harder to reach places. The accommodations are so nice this stood out while getting settled in our room.

Location to our relatives we visit, nice place.

Toilet was too low to the ground, the older people have knees that don't work as well as they used to. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low.

My friends and I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Interesting menu choices, even breakfast was a wonder; food beautifully prepared, beautifully presented, charmingly served. I thought the experience would be great but it was even better. Front desk personnel were charming as well.
