I liked the bar in the lobby, it was fun to go down for a drink or two. You didn't offer room service but staff was extremely helpful in getting us a menu for take-out food to be delivered.

Th staff was very friendly and attentive. Happily answered my questions and gave suggestions as needed. I did not need my room cleaned during my multiple night stay but I did need my coffee supplies replaced and the cleaning staff happily replenished what I needed, no questions asked. The fridge and microwave in the rooms was a nice convenience for that midnight snack.
I have had better complimentary breakfasts at other hotels. It was bare minimum which is fine but could have been hotter.....

Nice clean, big room
We had a small problem with our room being given to someone else and we were offered to stay on the floor with the PETS.. That was immediately rejected and we stayed in a beautiful room on the 7th floor. I couldn't understand why our room was not secure when we can to check in at 2:30 on Saturday?

There was no "high chair" for small children, so we had to eat our breakfast with one hand. There was no meat with the "hot" breakfast. We registered/reserved for six people. The room had two face cloths. We requested two additional pillows, they arrived without covers/pillow cases. We asked for pillow cases, and they did not come, until we called again 30 min. later and the next shift's staff brought them.
