Park Pointe Hotel

1) Proximity to the airport (very near, just about 10minutes). 2) Shuttle to and from the airport - 2x by the hour (from the aiport, the shuttle comes every 20th and 50th minute of the hour); from the hotel, you can ask the front desk for a copy of the shuttle times. My flight was at 7:53am, i left the hotel at 5:14am. The shuttle services 4 hotels in the vicinity (Holiday Inn Express, Sheraton Four Seasons Citi Garden and another one). 3) Relatively good price for an overnight stay. 4) Somebody helped me with my bags (they dont have elevators, you have to carry your luggage for about 25 steps up).

What i didn't like were the following; 1) When i got into the room, the headboard of the bed fell down. I got scared because it might be charged to me, so i immediately informed the front desk that when i came in to the room, the headboard was already on the bed. 2) They dont give complimentary water. Water in the room sink is not potable; so i had to buy from the front desk. It costs $1. 3) Bed comforter have flowery prints and not white. I would prefer a white linen because it looks cleaner.

CitiGarden is very convenient to SFO airport, and very quiet. The room rate was moderate, and Park and Fly is provided for 14 days at no extra charge.

The room was very plain, felt somewhat old. No coffee machine, and no wake-up call service. Tangentially, the airport shuttle ran over 30 minutes on a cold, late light-traffic night, whereas other hotel shuttles were coming by every 15-20 minutes.

The beds, hard and old. Misleading picture on web site, they show the lobby which is great but the rooms are still in 1970.

The large garden in the hotel is enjoying. Quiet after door is closed though close to SFO. The Beijing Buffet in the hotel is a better choice for Chinese.

I did not find the coffee pot in the room.
