Close to the airport SFO, It was clean, looked nice, checkin was quick, online price was realy good for the area.
Checkout was slow due to volume but they did add more staff. The $6 parking fee was an additional charge.

It's proximity to the freeway.
I did not like having to pay to park my car at the facility I was paying to spend the night at. I also did not like having my credit card swiped with all information in view for anyone to copy and use.
