The location is perfect, the happy hour very nice and the buffet was very good
We were on the 9th floor and in the morning we could smell the breakfast food which is a turn off. It was all over the room. The rooms are very dark. We did not want to open the drapes because people in the hall can look in. It needs to be updated. The shower handle came off so I had a hard time getting hot water. There is no vent in the bathroom to take the steam away so I had to leave the door open. You should not charge for parking. This is a rip off.

I loved the location...everything was within walking distance. Beautiful private beach only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.very spacious rooms.
The room's lighting was a bit dark. Juices for morning breakfast were a bit watered down.Valet parking at the hotel was $25 per day.

The room was missing the hair dryer and I did not have the time to wait to call for one. The extra blanket had been put away dirty from probably being used outside somewhere. Housekeeping should be checking both of these things each time they clean

The breakfast was good, location good.
Our room was horrible, dirty bath tub, dirty sink, hair on bath floor and something red, I could right my name in dust, carpet was not vacummed, closet mirror was so filthy it was insane. We stayed a few years ago and were really frustrated to see the condition of our room this time, management of room upkeep has gone down the drain, a real dissapointment. I called housekeeping and no one responded.
