The location is excellent - a short drive to the airport and across the street from the mall. It was quiet and inexpensive.

The room was comfortable & quiet & clean. It looked like it had been updated since our last stay. Freshly painted hallways. Personnel very pleasant & accommodating, overall a pleasant & restful stay.
I feel that muffins or tea biscuits in the choice of the continental breakfast would be better than donuts the other choices were perfect.

We have always enjoyed staying at the Anchorage we have for many years and will continue to.
The only thing I didn't care for were the blankets on the bed. They are the velvety type that don't stay up. I woke up in the night cold to find that the blanket had slid to the bottom of the bed. Other than that I slept like a baby.

We booked here because of the pool and jacuzzi, the reasonable price, and close proximity to the airport. The clerks were very polite and helpful, and the wake up call was prompt. We had asked for a taxi for the next morning. As the time got close to when it was supposed to arrive, the clerk called the taxi service to make sure they were on their way. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.. They offer a very nice selection of morning beverages.
We were extremely disappointed the pool and jacuzzi were closed.

Everything ,but mostly the service we got from housekeeping .They were so good to us . We asked and we got what ever we needed .Also enjoy breakfast .They had something for everyone .Pool and spa was clean and never without towels . Bed's were so comfortable hated to get up in the morning and slept like a baby and I have back trouble never bothered my back at all .We enjoyed our stay and will stay again .Location is perfect
Could use rug's cleaned but that happens in every Hotel and motel i have stayed at .It is very hard to keep rugs clean as many people don't care about what they track in .I always bring something for my feet where ever i stay so no big deal there

The breakfast was pretty generous and the coffee was good. It is located within a very easy drive to downtown Burlington.
I could smell tobacco in the hallway. As a non-smoker I hate the smell cigarettes and it's always perceptible, even if most of the rooms are non-smoking.
