WE had made an earlier request by email advising of our 7.30 am arrival from Paris and need to access a room prior to the standard check in time of 3.00pm... Especially as on the check out day Sunday we would be leaving the hotel at 7.00am for our flight to Perth.. WE could not take advantage of the 12.00noon checkout .A room was readily available which we appreciated .Under the circumstances , although we had booked a double ,the single bed layout was acceptable .

We did enjoyed our break in Swissotel Merchant. It is a very good location, fiendly staff, nicly finished rooms. Kids loved to play in big and warm swimming pool.

I have had a very pleasant stay and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
