Perfect location in view of the mass in Suntec City. Something expensive and somewhat distantly positioned in view of getting out on the town. Food, rooms and service excellent!

We have a great vacation in Singapore, it was a wonderful place especially for my little daughter. She enjoyed every minute of her stay. In actual fact, she did not mind staying for another week longer. All of the staff in Pan Pacific were friendly and helpful. Our calls for assistance were taken immediate care of. There was no delay of any sort. The location was great for shopping and meals. It was also great to have a massage spa right next to Pan Pacific.

Though there are many MUIS certified 'halal' restaurants/food-stalls within close proximity of the hotel, it would be of great advantage if the hotel could provide the same in the hotel premise (i.e. room service).

The location is at the convenient as it is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attraction (i.e. S'pore Flyers, Merlion, etc)
