The staff are very rude & dismissive. particularly at the check in desk. not very helpful or accommodating with extra requests like slightly earlier check in. the only good thing about this hotel is the location, but otherwise lacking. definitely not value for money. hairdryer in the bathroom not functioning. took them hours to replace it. for what they charge i expect excellence.

Great location, right in the middle of Orchard Rd.

The beds are far too small for twin bed, especially for family with kids. Not valued for money if you are expecting big comfy bed to sleep on.

I did like it the 1st visit 2 years back.

The room standard and service has dropped drastically during this visit. Not at all value for money. I have given the hotel my feedback but recieved an insincere reply. I would not recommend this hotel for you'll be in for disappointment based on the 5 stars rating.

The location was perfect and allowed us to commute easily between the hotel and the central area of the city.

There was a long wait at the check-in counter, and our room was not ready at the designated check-in hour.
