Overall excellent will surely choose to stay next time we visit singapore

This hotel located in strategic area, near the MRT, bus station, shopping mall. Hotel facilities is 5 star, unfortunately in the process renovation during my stay. The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly.

A bit dissapointed with the breakfast. we got to wait for the table arrangement for the 2 days breakfast. food averagely ok but the fruit exp the orrange, can say that look at the way you all cut it was disgusting. perhaps should send them for training.

Nicely located off orchard road, the main shopping area. Comfortable and spacious room, pity it only had the view of a side of a buiding. Fact that it's swimming pool is closed for renovation Should be made known (though the hotel can shuttle ts guests to its sister hotel for pool facility, If requsted)

Great place to stay

Location is the key! the hotel is good 4 stars standard, would recommend it to my friends

The Check-in counter was a mess with so many guests waiting to check-in. I had to wait for 2 hours from the normal check-in time to be given the key to my room.
