Days Inn by Wyndham Sheridan

I stayed about a week. The access to the internet and my email via a public computer turned out to be invaluable. The front desk staff were welcoming to me and to the other guests. People were constantly asking them for some accommodation, directions, information, and assistance. I thought the staff was consistently polite and informed. The four-man housekeeping team did a great job. After a long day I was glad to get back to the Inn.

We arrived VERY late at the hotel and was able to get a late check-out so we could get a decent amount of sleep. The girl on duty was very nice and helpful and we really appreciated that. Clean rooms good breakfast.

The sheets had blood on them

The staff was helpful and friendly. the motel was central to the places we needed to go

The beds

The pool was green and very disgusting. Who would want to jump in that thing? Also, the worst part was that when I got there, I said I had a reservation, they looked at my Driver's license, then told me I had booked for tow days on a credit card I don't even own, and that to get any satisfaction for a reimbursement I would have to go through the booking people (you guys). A manager was called in to try to fix it (took 20 minutes for him to get there), he told me the same thing, and I asked if I could come and look at the computer screen. Well, it was another person with my same last name, and they hadn't even figured that out after looking at my ID. It was very frustrating, maddening, and just plain unprofessional. I will never go to this Days Inn again because of the incompetence of the desk staff. It was absolutley ridiculous. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while, especially around th4e edges,and it smelled of cigareet smoke even though they claimed it was a non-smoking room. There was a nicotine stain/burn on the tub telling me that someone had indeed smoked in there before. The desk person kept on apologizing, but it was pretty awful.
