Friendly greeting, breakfast room well supplied, room clean and comfortable. Had a problem letting water out of the bathtub, my own fault for not realizing the overflow was also the release. Prompt help, staff had good sense of humour

Too bad the only available ice is in the basement.

The hotel was well located for walking around Lakefield. Our room was quiet and tidy.
The stairway was not clean. There was a large clump of dirt from someone's shoes that wa there the whole time we were at the hotel.
