It is a gorgeous property, and staying on the creek is a really unique and lovely experience. The room was beautiful, clean and roomy. The dinner we had was exquisite. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is expensive, but great for a splurge or special occasion.
So, one of our favorite things to do when we get away to a nice hotel is to watch movies, and there was no ability to do this. I never watch regular television, and watching a movie with commercials is not the luxe experience one would expect in a nice hotel.
I also think you should have baths in each room -- another perk of a luxury hotel.
Finally, I thought it was odd that there wasn't any art work in the room.
None of these are deal breakers, but definitely noticed them.

The entire staff who served us was very polite and helpful. interest in what we wanted to do and helpful with directions etc.

The facility and the environment. I would have liked to have stayed an extra day... :-)
The Rib-eye steak I had for dinner was not cooked to my request and my ice cream had a piece of cellophane in it. :-( in making my reservation I ended up having to gho thru a 3rd Party I never heard of which cast a shadow of concern when the charge came in on AX Statement.

We thought the room and our location on the creek was absolutely wonderful. I loved sitting outside on the porch. Also loved the outside shower. Everything was perfect!.
To be perfectly honest, we thought the dinner was very expensive and very average. I had halibut and it was tough and over cooked. Others in our party had soup for an appietizer and there was hardly any soup. The breakfast however was wonderful and the location was perfect. Another time we would probably eat breakfast with you, but go elsewhere for dinner.
