We liked the very friendly and efficient staff at the desk, at the porter station and in the restaurant.
Parking rate is too high.

We arrived at the hotel in the am the day of our stay. The desk staff were most accomodating in locating a room for us well in advance of the normal check-in time. They also provided us with mass transit suggestions and several places to visit during our area stay. We felt they where exceptional in being so courteous and accommodating.
