Convenient location

Requested a ground floor room as my husband does not get around well. We were told there is an elevator so no problem. We agreed to 3rd floor room but again reminded clerk that my husband has some trouble walking. We were given a room that was about as far away from the elevator as you could get and it had three steps going down to the door from the hallway. We were happy the stay was only for one night.

I liked the hotel for its proximity to the airport and the Link light rail, also I have stayed there before so I know the area better than other parts of Seattle.

This had nothing to do with the hotel, but one of the reasons I stayed at the Clarion SeaTac is that it is so close to the Link Station and the Airport Crossover bridge, also a part of the Link station there. Unfortunately, the elevator to the Link station was out of service, and I was not able to use the stairs to access the crossover. As a result, I could not access the Link or the airport using the crossover bridge.

Room, bed were good. Rate was okay. Very convenient to SeaTac Airport. Shuttle driver courteous and quick.

Asked for a wake-up call that never came. Only decaf tea in room. WiFi access confusing.

The room is close to the airport and steps away from the light rail to Seattle.

Smokers sat on the steps and the smell came into the rooms.

It's close to the airport, and they picked us up.

Their web site showed a restaurant,it has been closed for months. They could at least provide something for breakfast. The window heater in the room was so noisy we couldn't sleep with it on, and the blankets were very skimpy, no extras.
