Location and amenities
There was a noise(maybe the pipes?). These noise were intermittent but continuous in room 331.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The employees were more than willing to provide assistance. The Inn was very clean and the room was perfect for our get-a-way.

Historic Downtown, shopping, restaurants.
Steps, lobby, downstairs by restrooms need to be cleaned. We told the front desk that things looked dirty - did not see anyone cleaning anything except the rooms. This really took away from the great location

The location is perfect. The hotel is very clean and well kept.
Not having parking is a problem. It might mean us not staying in the future.

Service was great! Rooms beautiful! Make sure you get a room with the river veiw. Had a wonderful time!
