The staff were all charming and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and pleasant.Very convenient parking.
The food at dinner was a disgrace. My wife ordered a steak, cooked rare. It arrived overcooked and 80% fat content. The second attempt was again overcooked, but could not be cut with a knife. Totally inedible. I ordered a medium-rare hamburger, which came very well done. So did the second attempt. The third attempt was acceptable. Throughout, your wait staff were apologetic and charming. The next morning, your chef cancelled our food bill, which was a nice gesture and much appreciated. Breakfast was acceptable, although our eggs were cold.

They are very curteous. I had a small fall in the room and they were very concerned about me and gave me a complimentary breakfast. I am fine and just had a skinned elbow.

My husband and I were meeting other family members who were also staying at this Hilton Garden Inn. The purpose of this occasion was to be present at our son's deployment ceremony for the upcoming deployment to Afghanistan. The day following the ceremony my son was able to join us for breakfast. The staff knew of this and went out of their way to make this breakfast a positive, memorable time for our family. Their kindness reminded our son why he chose to serve his country through a military career. Thank you for being a business which respects and honors our military.
