Rooms weren't ready at check-in time. Housekeeping staff yelling to each other in the hall. Sanding walls even after dinner. Got up in the morning early to leave, no shower curtain!

Exceptionally friendly staff and comfortable/clean room and bed. Nice "manager's reception" which was a happy hour for residents. Walking distance from good restaurant, and short driving distance from gas and other restaurants/shopping. For a quick stop on long trip, I couldn't have asked for a more convenient and restful place. I am VERY picky!
Shower had slight hot-water issues.

The fans in the hallway for water accident upstairs were unusually loud....they ran all day/ all night for two days/nights.
