The hotel has a very enjoyable interior appearance. The View dining room is located to provide a view of the river, sunset, ships. Great location.
Dining room staff were knowledgable and helpful. There was a sense that staff wanted to please us.

Access to the water---esp. marina. Great staff help who found us a room near the pool. Loved the temp. of pool water and the shower there. Comfy beds and pillows.

I liked the location near station mall. The restaurant was good.
The elevators were not working from the day we got there and had to use the service elevator which was very inconvenient as we were on the 6th floor and my 93 year old mother with me had a walker. When I checked out they would not make an adjustment as it was prepaid.

I loved how the staff where all friendly! and the beds where amazing! and the view was also great! i loved it! thank you very much for the great time!
The pool was not very deep other then that it was great

Staff remembered me from previous stays,made me feel at home. Room well appointed with great riverside view. Great location
"Not like" is not accurate but there was a charge added for the airport shuttle. Most hotels , especially in your end of the market, will comp this.
