The friendliness of the staff impressed all of us who were there staying for the weekend.

Nothing really stood out.

1. The coffee pot was located atop the microwave which had to be unplugged in order to brew coffee. The cord was too short so the coffee machine had to be placed on the floor to brew coffee and remain hot. No room in bath room to put pot. 2. There were no ironing facilities in the room. I was able obtain an iron, which leaked and a 3'X 8" board, no legs, one end pointed and a torn cover from the desk. The only place it could be used was on the floor where the plug for the coffee pot had to be plugged in or over the wash room sink, not very safe. 3. There were no glasses in the room, plastic or otherwise, just coffee cups. 4. There was a fingerprint smear below the toilet roll, of God knows what.

The staff were very cordial and friendly.

We had great difficulty finding the place.
