This motel is older but extremely well maintained. No pool, no exercise room, no lounge-just clean, comfortable rooms. We were very satisfied and woulds certainly stay again.

The cleanliness and a quiet place.
At check out I asked if there were any rooms available so I could stay another night, the clerk indicated that they didn't know and for me to call back after 1pm. I felt discriminated against. This information had to be available because I was able to go on line and book a room. I suggest that management retrain their employees and remind them to provide service to all people. I happen to be an executive and was in town for some business. Despite this incident, I would recommend this hotel because I have had other family members stay here with great service.

Coming from out of town, it was a PERFECT location to attend an event at SRJC.
I don't know of anyone is Northern California that would eat plastic-wrapped Svenhard's pastries, way past their expiration. If you advertise a continental breakfast, this should be called a continental breakfast "to go", since there is no breakfast room, and why not have some easy to get muffins from the Safeway store across the street? You can always wrap them in plastic for the next day, if not all are consumed. I'll wager no one eats those things you are serving now. Just sayin'. Try it!

It was convenient to our activity. Nice TV.
The hotel room smelled - "motel smell".
And, frankly, for what we paid, it was not a good value.

I checked in after 10pm and after ringing the night bell the guy that checked me in was friendly, awake and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was convenient to the 101 and where I needed to go the next day.
