The rooms are beautiful. The staff at the desk, by the pool and anyone we met walking around that worked there was friendly and very helpful.
The coffee maker is our room leaked water on the table and seemed not to give enough water to make a cup of coffee.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. There were 3 of us and our original
room was a little cramped. I asked if we could have a little bigger room and was
moved to a new room immediately.
It was a little noisy. The bathrooms have sliding doors. I could hear the people above us opening and closing the door quite a bit and the toilet flushing.

We didn't stay at your hotel because your people booked us for the wrong night. What's more we were charged an overseas rate on our credit card because your company is outside the United Satates. You can be sure I will never use your services.
