The staff was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Most of the guests this particular weekend were participating in the Alcatraz Triathlon. When we arrived after the race to the hotel, all the doors had a congrats sign with our individual race stats - nice touch. If you love visiting the city but hate the city noise at night, this place is a quiet gem. Linens were good quality.
Rooms were a little dated and small - not much room for 2 people and a bike.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and the hotel seemed well managed. It was convenient to have a continental breakfast ready to go when we were in a hurry. The bus to downtown is just half a block away.

I was allowed to check in early after a 12 hr drive. My puppy was accepted and probably the best mattress I have slept on.nope
