The location is convenient
The family suite was run down and dirty. The televisions are even old and outdated. The holiday inn across the street has clean suites that are updated and super clean for the same price! I was disappointed we did not stay there and that the two holiday inns were not at all comperable to eachother.

Nice room.
Bottom outside of toilet was not clean. Noticed it when I was in the bathtub.

The place was very clean and modern the beds were very comfortable and location was great. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. The even let us check in early and check out late since we only stayed one night for a meeting. I would stay here again.

I always stay there because the staff is great and it's a convenient location.... and they serve breakfast.

Location was very convenient.
I've had much better continental breakfasts elsewhere. It really annoys me to pay an extra $45 a night for parking.
