Was in a meeting in Pacifica ballroom Saturday AM. Doors to outside in that area were locked preventing re-entry.

The rooms were clean and our view was fabulous. Everyone on staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating.

The hotel room was really nice, I had a goodnight sleep in that bed. I recommend get a room over looking the harbor. I will most likely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Great location

Had room credit. Bad tender at the hotel bar made me pay cash after insisting that I had credit essentially I got the "too bad, you want your drinks right" not good at all. Would not recommend the bar at the hotel to anyone. The prices are high but that's why I had credit to pay for. Not out of my pocket $41.

Loved the location and the staff!

Only wished the bathroom setup would have been different with a door on the entrance.

I loved the view of the bay. The hotel is nicely located The area is beautiful. The hotel is beautiful This man Dennis that helped us with our bags Really made the stay great

The bed should have been much more comfortable I've stayed at three times less with better beds.
