Brian Baker(Assistant Front Office Manager)is a TREASURE for you to have at " the Mansion"!!! He is an intelligent,astute,friendly,polite,and a TREASURE for you to have in your employ!!! He solved room problems I had expediently,quickly,and completely to my satisfaction!!Alberto,Maranda,Caleb and Daniel are also to have my appreciation. Ricardo,(Auto valet/garage) is someone I have had much chatting with for the past 28 years I have been coming to :the Mansion!!! PLAUDITS TO ALL!!!

I had a great experience at the Omni La Mansion del Rio. I had left my backpack in a cab went I went to the airport and thought it was gone forever. When I called the hotel to see if they could assist me in locating my backpack Omar Rubio looked at the surveillance cam and found the cab I was in and it just so happens that he saw the cab going by a ran in the rain down the street and stopped the cab and got my backpack. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.
What I encountered there upon arrival was the drop off of passenger at the entrance, cars were blocking the entrance and exit to the hotel. The employees could not get the owners of their vehicle to move out of the way.

Being close to everything on the riverwalk
I was charged twice for the rooms and i'm still waiting for the money to be returned to my bank. Maybe you can check on the status of my refund.

Basically the location ....excellent
It was a bit noisy as we were directly across from hospital emergency room. Elevators seemed fairly slow and we were happy the hotel was not crowded....
