We live in San Antonio, but stayed at the La Quinta Inn and Suites San Antonio Airport because we had a very early flight the next day. The location was perfect, less than five minutes from the terminal. Staff were on top of things and overall a very good experience.

The convenience to the reason for being in San Antonio
When I got on line to the La Quinta Inn and Suites, It said Offical Site for La Quinta Inn and Suites. When I got my confirmation I needed to call the hotel for some information, but there was no phone number. I called the 800 number. The rep who I spoke to told me that she could not help me because I did not book through La Quinta. The site that I went through was not La Quinta and I should go back to them. Your rep was extremly rude. How was I to know. I needed information to attend a Funeral. I travel alote and you can be assured that La Quinta will not be my first choice and I have also notified employees whom I work with about my experience

SUS INSTALACIONES,SU LIMPIEZA, UBICACION TODO ESTA EXCELENTE MENOS QUE LAS RECEPCIONISTAS NO HABLEN ESPAÑOL, YO CREO QUE ESTANDO EN UNA CIUDAD FRONTERIZA POR LO MENOS SE DEBERIAN DE ESFORZAR O QUE HAYA ALGUIEN QUE LAS APOYE O NOS APOYE CON EL IDIOMA.
