Comfort Inn & Suites Midtown

I like me that it is located in down town and stores and rest, places to visit are not too far like casino, cabins etc. I walked during the night with my soon and it was a nice and safe place to visit. I recommend this hotel if you only are traveling without pet.

I did not receive information that pet are not allowed, so there was an issue with the front desk people, which I consider they are trying to take advance; they want to charge me on first 100 DLS USA for Chihuahua dog. For that I told them that I preferred to get out immediately from the hotel. I can say that they don’t know how to deal with the customer, on this case and they need training about it. Finally when they saw that I was really mad with this uncomfortable situation they do not charge me additional cost. But my wife and I self did not enjoy our visit to Ruidoso because of this issue.

I booked for the night of 30 to 31 December and charged me the credit card € 54, with the price of the room, on that date, 39 €, such as AI is announced from the same website chain of hotels. Friendly staff, Clean & comfortable rooms, excellent location.

Our room (Handicap) wasn't ready but they moved us to another room that was very quickly.

The reservation was for a handicap room which wasn't in his computer.

Excellent room - very clean and a/c worked perfect

Bathroom tub/ shower had a slippery floor and no grab bars
