Enjoyed the overall atmosphere.

Expected to have a refrigerator and microwave oven in room. Also pool was dirty and not cleaned during my 3 night stay. Was disappointing not being able use the pool.

Continental breakfast was good, staff filled items as they needed to be refilled. Only milk vs skim some folks like whole or 1% for drinking.

We attended the WATVA conference at your sister hotel. Never saw staff except at registration desk. Room could have used a better dusting, staff forget to dust under things and window. The mattress was in poor shape needs to be rolled or replaced. No decent resturants in the area and hotel does not have one. Too much noise in halls late at night and early morning.

Very, very friendly and helpful staff. The small amenities in the rooms were delightful. Excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend it.

There was a leadership conference of young people staying there who were not very polite and monopolized the breakfast room while I was there. The rooms could be a little more sound proof. Could hear a lot of noise in the halls.
