Main reason for choosing DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Rocky Mount: Rate

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
While staff was friendly they were not helpful. We did not get working keys to our room throughout the whole stay despite 5 attempts at making new keys. It was eventually just left at "well are you in for the night?" rather than finding a solution to the non-working room keys. The inability to come and go as we pleased to our hotel room was frustrating and definitely not worth the cost of the hotel. The water glasses in the room were also sticky.
