The staff was the best. Extremely accommodating & friendly. Breakfast was better than most hotels.
Bathroom too small by far.

Dirty sheets even though requested they be changed. There was a spot on the bottom sheet when I checked in put your green card on the bed, still had the same spot when I checked out.

The shuttle to and from Mayo clinic buildings is quite handy. More maintenance is needed
The heating system in two different rooms were faulty.

We reserved 2 rooms for our stay and were able to get connecting rooms as requested.
There was no swimming pool.

Too far off the main road. Run down fleabag, sagging beds and no amenities. I'd sleep in my car before I stay here again.

The personel were all Very Friendly, and most helpful! My room was right off the Loby and across from the Breakfast area...which was very handy! Could not have asked for more! Plus the clerk that was working when I checked in...asked if I wanted the code for internet...which I did, but had not asked. He wrote it on my room "envelope"...which was a Great Idea! Loved having the newspaper both days!
