Staff was very friendly
Need another washer and dryer. did not like the noise the elevator made when closing. did not like the breakfast menu

The hotel could not meet the hotel ROOM as requested so they provided a hotel SUITE that did meet our needs at no extra charge. I needed a twin queen room with a shower because of my sister's disabilities. They could not find a queen room with a shower and we did not want to use a king bed.
There was pink mold in two of the shower corners. This type of mold can cause infections.

I like the Holiday Inn Express Hotel very much. I give it a thumbs up on everything but location and that is unfair of me. I had a heck of a time finding it but that was my fault, I took the wrong exit. Of course every time I left the hotel, if couldn't find it again. My fault. Next time I will pay more attention to where I'm going. I loved being of the first floor.

First room was unacceptable, floors dirty. Second room had dirty carpets also.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, great shower, many options for the inclusive breakfast.
The biscuits and gravy weren't very good and didn't seem very popular. Maybe they are in other ares of the country.

The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice. Breakfast was ok needed a little more variety.
The smoking section (3rd) floor was converted to non-smoking and still reeked of smoke the minute you stepped off the elevator you could smell the stench,the bedding in the room had the smell here and there. The truck parked outside the window all night kept running its generator all night on and off. I would recommend this hotel as long as you get a room on the 1st or 2nd floor.

It is clean, comfortable and convenient when I am visiting the area.
I have a physically handicapped son and even though I had put in an advance request for a first floor room, we were put on the second floor. What would happen to us if there was ever an emergency evacuation (fire, etc)? He can't use the stairs, and using the elevator is out of the question. What can I do to be assured of a first floor room on our next visit?
