Location, amenities and room layout.
House keeping should pay more attention​ to detail. WE HAD ANTS! Seems the fridge had food spilled on edge that hadnt been cleaned and Ants were all over. We told lobby staff and the young man was very nice to come to room and cleaned up visual ants and fridge.

Cambria- Unexpected delay would have caused a 3AM arrival in Roanoke. I called in that evening to inquire about my options and was very graciously released from my reservation. This trip will become a regular event in coming months. Due to the accommodating and friendly manner of your staff, I will stay at your hotel when the next occasion arises. Room was larger than most hotels, nice tall,ceilings. I had surgery at local hospital and the shuttle was available if needed. the hotel honored request for first floor.
Would hav liked to use discount for AARP or AAA

There was one mirrow in the entire suite. and not a full length at anywhere at all!

Andria and Jill were wonderful at the front desk and room service! My room was perfect. I loved the way the office and living area were set up and the sleeping area was tucked nicely behind a half wall. My dinner in my room was delicious. I recommend the wedge salad and the pretzel nuggets.
