All was great, except one thing
The one thing that made my experience bad, I had 4 heavy bags that I was carting myself, the staff that were not busy at the time, but watched me struggle to get my bags in the elevator and did not offer any assistance. I even had to jam the elevator door open with one of my bags, and they just watched me. They were males as well, which made it even more disgusting. What ever happened to manners. I have been using this motel for 13 years, would of thought that a little bit of help wouldn't be that much to ask for.

Not much. The location close to MCO was good.
To be kind the room was tacky, bordering on being dirty.The furniture, bedding & towels were clean but worn. I moved a bed end table to plug in a light, there was years of dirt behind the table, it obviously had never been moved to vacuum etc etc.
The staff were off-handed and not very helpful, e.g. our room telephone was out of order. Over the 3 nights of our stay I advised the front desk of this 4 times and nothing was done to fix it.

Free shuttle to the airport. Efficient and friendly reception desk. No fuss.

The pool and hut tub were nice. It was definitely close to the airport.
It takes a bit of work to get to the hotel from 99, pool wasn't always well-stocked with towels
