Friendly and courteous staff, convienent casual food and beverages, convienent valet parking
I stayed on the 5th floor and when we arrived the ice machine had an out of order sign on it. After 3 nights and on the 4th day the ice machine had the same out of order sign. A minor inconvienence but something that should be fixed.

I love the friendliness of the staff and the gambling is very good. The food is a little pricey but good. The rates are very reasonable. It is centrally located in Reno.

The room was comfortable, and the swimming pools/hot tubs were superb!
Guests in next room had tv on too loud.

The beds were comfortable
Someone had spilled something on the carpet and they had tried to shampoo it but the carpet was so wet that you couldnt step on it and it smelled like rubbing alcohol. I am usually very pleased with our stay, but this time was horrible. I don't know that we will stay with you guys again!!!!
