Full service hotel. Full restaurant and lounge on site. Excellent full complimentary breakfast. Very helpful staff ... I left a bag of clothes behind ... called them that morning on the road when I realized what I had done ... it arrived via USPS at my home the next afternoon.

Execise room. Size of bathroom and main room in our disability room.

Room was not entirely clean. Maid had not finished cleaning, even dirty silverware left on desk. Four people in party, only 3 towels in room. Wished hotel had breakfast included; we would have paid more.

The best nights sleep ever. The beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom were immaculate. Walking in and seeing the room was like home, comfortable. The breakfast layout was amazing. This is the 3rd time staying at your Inn, and as we have family in Redding, we all choose to stay there with you.

Traveling thru to 1000 oaks to visit family.

Basically everything was great. Suggestions, our shower tile on floor was broken, need repair. I like the coffee Shop back like it was years ago. Went into the bar for food, would of liked option of the coffee shop experience.
