Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good room temperature, nice touch to have a couple little chocolate bars on nightstand
One elevator was broken so waiting for elevator was lengthy
the electrical outlet for the hairdryer was broken and there were no other outlets that were near a mirror so challenging to dry hair

Staff very friendly and cooperative in assisting us.
Food service in the banquet we attended-salads & mixed vegetables were poorly put together.
The elevator service was very poor. Some elderly folk who required service had to make their way slowly up exit stairs or use service elevator. Power was out in some rooms
