My group included myself and four children. I had asked for a roll away bed. The first night I was told they did not have one available so a blanket on the floor was the best they could offer. An hour later when they still had not brought any extra blankets I went to the front desk and was told they had some in the room behind them and immediately gave them to me. I was already not pleased with not having a bed and then when they forgot the blankets I was really disappointed in the service. The second night they did have a roll away available.
