Great place. The kids loved the pool with the slide!
The back entrance flooded while we were there. That being said, it was a huge storm and we received hail damage on our vehicle.

We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. Like the location, breakfast quality and variety,free newspapers in the lobby, microwave/refrigerator in the room, and the cookies at the front desk.
We had trouble regulating the temperature-the room was too warm. There was a hair on the edge of the jacuzzi. Housekeeping did not leave clean washcloths.

The air conditioner was leaking in our room and there was water on the carpet. We notified the front desk several times but the airconditioner was not repaired.

The breakfast was sooo good!
The initial person checking me in didnt have the best customer service skills. All the rest of the desk people were good though.
