There were several things that we were not satisfied with. 1.Their was a change in ladies at the front desk while we were waiting. The first lady left telling us that she explained to the new lady that we were waiting on our room to be finshed. Which we waited for for an hour and almost 15 minutes :( And then we found out that she never told her that we were waiting. 2.The pool was so strong with chemicals that we could not stay more than 10 minutes in it. 3. The next morning as we returned home we found lice bugs on our suitcases that were sitting in the floor while we stayed at the hotel. NASTY!!!! 4. the floor we stayed on had just been under construction and the smell of paint was not good in our room :(

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and well run. We felt very safe and had a wonderful stay.

Room was compy and clean. Breakfeast was good. Easy to get to. Based on this stay, we stayed at another Hampton in Peabody Mass.

I left my Iphone charger behind and called 2 days later to ask if it was in the lost and found. It was and Woody Brevil was kind enough to ship it back to me. This service was much appreciated!

Room was a little musty smeeking

Everything was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire Hampton Inn was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hot breakfasts were delicious.

Rooms were nice ,roomy beds were large and comfortable location was ideal good parking
