Great location, good price. The room was extremely clean and the staff amazingly helpful and friendly. Room had microwave and fridge, plus a table and chairs for eating. Loved the tub with jets in the room. Didn't need the pull out couch, but it was nice to have. The room was very cute with an embroidered bedspread. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in.

The first room we were assigned had very raggedly bed spread, paper thin mattress pad and sheets....door looked dirty and room in general was grungy and old looking. Upon complaining we were given a better room. We were called home before our second night due to a family medical emergency and were not assured we would be given a "rain check" for a return night. Frankly if we were again assigned a room like the first one, I wouldn't even take a free night.

Very nice location would stay again
Bed was hard but arent most hotel beds hard

The hotel is close to the Jet Express to Put-In-Bay. It was only a 5 minute walk. The price was cheap for the location.
The carpets seemed extremely dirty, and the decor is a little outdated and dingy. We went on weekdays in June and were expecting to have access to a pool, but it was closed.

Location was good for our needs.
Bed was rock hard. Neither of us slept. We got up and went to store and purchased air mattress.
