The staff were extremely polite and helpful, no matter what time you went into the office.
I only found one thing that needed attention. There was mold in the tube/shower tile. It could have bee resolved wit peroxide and bleach. The hotel is I the process of being updated, so I imagine there will be lots of changes before we get back to Port "A". They need to have a comfortable chair in the suites, as well as something other than patio table and chairs for eating at. Too heavy to move and uncomfortable to sit in chairs.

It was fine
The sound carries very easily. We could hear lots of noise from other rooms. It sounded as if the people upstairs were playing marbles - I'd hear a drop and a roll.

Lot of noise on bottom rooms had to move upstairs. Breakfast could have more choice

Customer Service was top notch, Rooms are Clean, and Extended check out makes me stay here EVERY TIME! Great Room for the price.

The friendly staff. We were able to checkin almost an hour earlier, with a smile and "you sure can", when I asked if we could checkin.
The bedspreads had not been washed.

The closeness to the beach and the price of the rooms.
When I arrived the floor had a light film of sand on them. The room had cockroaches in the clothes drawers and a spider in the bathroom. The pillows felt like someone waded a few feathers in them. They were small and uncomfortable. The towels were hard and abrasive feeling. The curtain would not close all the way (the side nearest to the front door). I did not feel conmfortable changing in my own room even though I closed the curtain as far as it would close.
