Only the eggs at breakfast did not taste like real eggs they were not good at all but everything else was awesome!

Stayed away from hote due to the smokers that the staff wouldn't fix, so I don't know if I would have like something or not.

Someone was smoking in this "non-smoking hotel". The staff refused to take care of the problem because there was a "do not disturb" sign on the the door the WHOLE WEEKEND. The stench was hideous, but hotel staff said that because of company policy, they couldn't "invade the people's privacy" by going into their room. Who's hotel is it anyway??? The smoke made us so sick, my husband and I left the hotel the next day for another place. Sadly, my mother-in-law - an asthmatic - had pre-paid and couldn't leave, or she would have lost her money. It is sad when rule-breakers have more rights than the rule-followers. If the smoke had caused an asthma attack for my mother-in-law, the lawsuit would have been fast and furious, without a leg for you to stand on. It seems like you would want to fix that kind of stuff. I'll never stay in another Holiday Inn Express due to the ridiculous company policy of letting people do whatever they want and disturb whoever they want, even against hotel rules, due to "privacy" issues. Normal people have rights too!!

Great location to the beach. Free breakfast was different each morning and good. Clean rooms and comfortable. Swimming pool area, nice, relaxing!

Staff members were rude! Front desk did not have change. Cleaning crew never spoke nor said Good morning while blocking hallway performing their work.

The room was clean. The staff was very hospitable and the location is great.

The pool closing so early is ridiculous. Guests at this hotel are not there for business, they are there on vacation. The pool is not used during the day, when it's open, because everyone is out or at the beach. The only time we wanted to use the pool was in the evenings after dinner and it closed entirely too early. Must be changed or I won't be back.

Proximity to beach, cleanliness
